Class - Gentle yoga starting with an overall body warm up of stretching, continuing with a short sunrise saluation or mild
continuous flow, a detailed lesson on several postures, and ending with savasana or a reclining meditation.

Yoga - A class structured for those who do not have as much balance or that have trouble moving up and down from the floor.
This class is very low key implementing the basic foundations of yoga in a modified venue utilizing the usage of a chair.
The class is very individualized providing stretching, strengh building and the development of more balance.
- Restorative Semi-Private
Lessons - small group class concentrating on restorative body techniques.
- Meditation - practicing different methods
of meditation in a group.
